After a career leading high-speed fresh produce businesses, I am focused on helping people reach a higher potential by sharing wisdom as an executive and leadership coach.
I began working two days after my 13th birthday as an apprentice in the family produce warehouse. Over the years, I served roles from sweeper to CEO, gained insights and gratitude for the people who do the work, and an appreciation for the leadership, culture, and organizational support that are foundational to success.
I have been fortunate to travel the world, meeting many exceptionally talented people. Following my curiosity led to the discovery of innovations, best practices, and leadership styles that support organizations and shape positive results.
Some areas of my expertise include leadership development, building a resilient mindset, strategic planning, organizational development, succession planning, supply chain, food safety, negotiation, family business, communication, innovation, and a general interest in science.
As CEO for over 20 years, I implemented a coaching and mentoring leadership style, developing the capabilities of the leadership team, staff, clients, and industry leaders. It is an honor to be recognized as a top 25 leader in the fresh produce industry, and vendor of the year in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
My goal as an executive coach is to work closely with you on your specific, individualized journey. I will help you define your current situation and your inspired future.
